Posting in game IPs are allowed now. Rules that apply: Racism Is not accepted at all on SlaveHack. We will take every possible steps to combat racism. Anyone who is Racist on SlaveHack will have to face the consequences for his/her actions. Excessive foul language and/or flaming is not welcome here. It would take too long to cover what is specifically meant by this, but hopefully everyone has a fair understanding of what the limitations are. There should be no excessive cussing. I am sure we can all handle an occasional sh*t or f*ck without the *, but lets try to keep the forum a clean and lively place. We ask that you try your best to refrain from logging multiple postings in the forums. There is an edit button (which bumps posts to the top of the forum, allowing others see the new information), so if you really don't need to, try editing instead of adding a new post. Please do not use code tags for reasons other than posting extracts of code. Any code tags that are used incorrectly will be edited by a moderator, repeat offences will result in a ban. Spamming is something we do not want to see here - this may also be covered under the multiple postings rule. We have come to the understanding that some users (perhaps even myself) may reply to a fair amount of posts in a short amount of time, which as long as it isn't seriously inflammatory, or a general rule violation, then its fine. Remember: you have the edit button on your posts to update what you said. Spam reporting means reporting a post that doesn't need to be reported, or reporting a post and putting spam in the report. This will not be tolerated. Some of you have seen what other people have done in the past to get them banned for some time (a month or more) - this is what is mostly meant by spamming. It also includes creating threads in incorrect categories or submitting large postings that are completely irrelevant to the thread in question (such as extracts from Harry Potter books). If we had to define what we meant by spam, it would include but not be limited to: There are endless scenarios and situations where posts can be considered spam, sometimes even when they would be useful posts elsewhere. Please use common sense, and keep in mind that all bans are at the mod's discretion. In a players forum Signature, You must never put any advertising of other sites which are the same type of hacking game etc. If you would like to advertise another site please do through advertising on this Site and pay for the Option. You should be careful about how much information you present in a post concerning riddles. Asking for help is no problem at all, but under no circumstances should you post the entire riddle itself - just gives other members of the community enough information to know which particular riddle you are referencing. Those that want to help should not practically give away the answer either. Do not post any self made riddles/codes on the forums which lead to IPs or bank account info. This is subject to moderator discretion, please ask a mod or at least make sure that your riddle is sufficiently hard enough, if this is the case. Otherwise the post will be removed and user forum banned. External links (links to other websites outside of Slavehack) are usually just fine as long as they are on topic and do not navigate to pornographic content sites, and preferably not website that contain advertisements on their pages depicting pornography. You should not post Social Engineering links, or any kind of link that does not direct the user as the description for the link indicates. Posting a link to a game like this one wont be allowed. If you want to post to that game please go through advertising on this site. You should never post on chat/the forums asking/giving links for programs that can be used to cheat ingame. You should also not under any circumstances link to websites that have information readily available (or easy to find), such as IP addresses or bank account information, etc. If for some reason you feel compelled to tell someone about a website you visit (one that does not violate the chat/forums rules) and you have a referral url, you may include this. It would be preferable, however, if you include some decent post content to go along with this, and separate your referral from the url so users have the option of choosing whether to use it or not. Giving others information on cheating in the game or helping them cheat in general will also not be tolerated. A good example of this is linking to external sites that offer explanations; explaining directly on chat/the forums; or giving away or asking for contact information with the purpose of telling someone how they can obtain auto-refreshers that log in-game information, or any other actions that could be considered cheating. Breaking any, all or combinations of these rules may result in a temporary or possibly permanent ban from the forums/muted from chat. In extreme cases it may even mean complete banning and removal from the game, so keep this in mind and happy posting  .Complaints about staff or their actions are not to be made in the forums as it will be considered SPAM. A serious complaint that you have will only be taken seriously if sent with the Support ticket system or e-mail. If someone is forum banned/muted for any reason, then you must not post on their behalf. Contacting Support at slavehack.com is the only way for a banned user to object or plead after a ban has taken place. You may not post personal information of yourself or anyone else such as phone numbers, addresses, passwords, or password hashes.
